I’m dating a married man. He made me the beneficiary on a $100K life-insurance policy. Could his wife sue to claim this money?

That’s usually covered in most divorce decrees. A lot of time, old wife stays on the plan and new wife has to get a new policy.

She has a high opinion of herself for being a prostitute.

I got a kick out of the word twisting: ‘dating a married man’?... More like servicing a married older man for an excellent income agreement.

Lady, you are his mistress, and that ain’t no place to be.

_________________________________________________________

I was in a marriage that went sour. I never had a mistress but understood why people did it. I’m a religious person and figured it was immoral and incompatible with my Christian beliefs. After the kids grew up and moved away so did I after the divorce. I was miserable for many years but eventually remarried and have had a great life since.

I realize that not everybody shares my morality, many of my friends told me I was going to Hell for getting a divorce. I wish they could understand but realize some never will. It isn’t really my place to judge nor was it theirs.

The guy should write a letter to his lover and say he bought an insurance policy for her out of his lunch money. Insurance companies don’t want the government taking this money away from the lover, it will hurt business. A hundred thousand is a fairly trivial amount these days and wouldn’t pay for the legal fees of both sides to fight it.

I would say the guy ought to just buy gold coins or something and give it to her before he passes.

Only $100K?

My first thought as well, considering that he has been paying all her expenses for years.

You little home wrecker. Did he tell you he was going to leave his wife for you? Dumb slut.

He's the home wrecker. She tells him he's the best she's ever had.

"If his home life is so miserable, why is he still there now that the child is grown?"

Probably to protect a senior position in a church based in that state.

Bingo! A double hypocrite!

Aaaand... the other woman thinks the wife doesn't know! bwahahahahaha! Wife has weighed her options and chosen her poison.
