Might not work as well as what? This virus has a 99.7% overall survival rate WITHOUT a vaccine- WITH a vaccine, it cuts the remaining % down even further.
Let’s say for example, not that the % was even this large- but just for argument’s sake, If 100 people out of a 1000 sick and elderly was dying before, the vaccine, even if it is only say 50% effective, means that 50 out of that 100 normally dying would live now-
That means that the rate of elderly sick folks, who already stood a what? 97% of living/surviving, the % of folks in the sick category would go up even further
