Yet another reason to believe it will be no later than Labor Day-ish is the longer the Deep State waits, the longer "Dr" Jill has her choice of appointments everywhere; and Biden would certainly replace Breyer with the uber-cautious middle-left Garland (literally the best we could hope for - sad); rather than Karamela appointing some radical bug-eyed hoodoo know-nothing noodnik like Angela Davis ... or maybe Okra.
Our only chance in 2024 will be if Karamela is tainted with losing Taiwan and/or another Depression. 50/50 and/or 50/50.
