Plenty of us opposed the Patriot Act and other over-reaching spy laws but, of course, were out-shouted by the short-sighted jingoists on the FR. Now the RATs are using these laws to go after mainstream conservatives. Just as accurately predicted.
The people that out shouted you are not the people responsible for passing the patriot act. You are just trying to look good at other people’s expense. The people that passed the patriot act were all in Congress or working in the Bush administration.
