First explain the relationship between mRNA and DNA in ordinary cellular functioning.

Explain what polyadenylation is, and how it affects the normal interaction between mRNA and DNA.

Then explain what is different about an mRNA jab (which is, by literal definition, not a vaccine), which prevents polyadenylation.
