Bill Gates has before now both stated an interest in human depopulation, and has screwed the pooch with his "vaccinations" in the past in both India and Africa causing everything from sterility, to the very disease the individual vaccination was supposed to prevent, to death (and he's a computer guy who couldn't even keep his own operating system free from viruses, and a college dropout to boot, let alone a Medical Doctor or virologist)
