I won’t watch it....I’m po’d enough lately. They’ll either have to cancel spring break or shut down all eating establisments for the week. Galveston did that one year....you get a bunch of idiots together, drinking, taking Lord knows what and throw in a bunch that have no SOCIAL GRACES, aka decency and respect for others and their property.....well you get the drift. Guess we could designate one place for spring break........the deserts of New Mexico....BYOB and food.....

My home is about ten blocks from the beach in a township adjoining a Jersey Shore beach resort town. For many years a fraternal organization of black college kids used to have a picnic out near Philly and come down to the beach/boardwalk afterwards, sometime around graduation IIRC. They didn't cause trouble most of the time, but some residents were "concerned" seeing hundreds of them where we always had a few.
A number of years back some hoodrat types started coming down from the inner cities for the "party". There was street racing of their cars and fistfights with the college guys when they tried to move in on the girls. Surprised that there weren't stabbings or shootings involved. Entirely different class of people.
Last I heard they had moved the event farther south after police presence increased over a couple of years.
