I have to admit I seldom read the ingredients of some things. I don’t eat much processed foods thankfully.
Clean all that stuff out of your pantry. It all causes inflammation, which leads to all sorts of autoimmune diseases. Clean it out and stop eating it for a year, then go back and take a taste. You’ll notice the effect within a few days. I recently went on a Coke Zero binge after not having it for two years. Day 1, “Hey, this is good... no problem.” Day 2 “Feel good today, maybe I’ll have another...” Day 3... “Feeling a little achey today, but I did have a hard workout yesterday, so maybe that’s why... I’ll have another....” Day 4... could hardly get out of bed and my knees were both swollen. Sometimes I just have to remind myself not to be stupid.
Just in case people are not aware - “Natural flavor/s” is usually a glorified form of MSG, not exactly natural. Hydrolized something or other. I read about it years ago and wondered why foods with “natural flavor” had this odd taste/effect.
