GOP KY Sen Paul on Fox on push to wear masks among those who have been vaccinated: Show me the evidence. Show me the proof, you know, show me that people are transmitting this who have gotten vaccinated. And there is no proof of that.
My gym is finally open but we have to wear masks while exercising. Very difficult to breathe while trotting on the treadmill. Gasp.
Rand is somewhat of a flake as are many Libertarians BUT, in this he is 100% Spot-on.
I restaurant in my town requires the patron to wear a mask when entering the facility and until you are seated by the waitress/waiter. Once seated the mask comes off so you can eat or drink. The reason according to the restaurant owner is so you don’t spread the virus while walking by people at other tables. Tables are 6 feet apart of course. I mean give me a break!
My gym never closed.
A sign says masks are mandatory but no one bothers.
Walmart, you're supposed to have one going in but 1/3 - 1/2 take them off once through the door.
Out in flyover country we ignore the a $$holes.

Here in Georgia we only shut down for a bit more than a month. The gym is open and masks are not required. Still there will be the occasional masker in there. Is he wondering why he’s the only one wearing a mask, or does he feel superior in his belief that he must wear a mask for “safety”?

Yes, Paul is absolutely right. Masks do no good at all. Just the fact that bandanas and face shields are also acceptable shows that it’s ALL about CONTROL. The virus, which has a death rate no worse than the flu, it airborne. It hangs in the air. It can go right under a face shield or bandana and become trapped in face masks (including N95s) so they are really filthy virus catchers.
The number of viruses in the air (called viral load) determines whether or not you will catch it. That is why ER docs and nurses caught in in the ER initially, in spite of wearing masks, because the viral load in the air was so high during the worst part of the outbreak.

My wife and I went to a restaurant back in October. Our table was right at the door — maybe a 2 second walk from the door, at most. She dutifully put on her mask after getting out of the car and walking to the table — maybe 10 seconds total. Then took her mask off when she sat down.
I think I’ve FINALLY got her somewhat convinced at the folly and utter stupidity of that.
The one-way aisles in the grocery stores are right up there with that level of stupidity. What are your chances of catching the disease from walking by somebody going the opposite way? You pass them for a coupe of seconds, at most.
Here's an idea: GO RUN OUTSIDE! No mask required.

I was out shopping today and it was in the 60’s, not a cloud in the sky, with a light breeze, and virtually everyone was wearing their masks out of doors and some even in their cars.
And people’s demeanor shows it. They walk around with head down with a beaten down look about them.
Raining and cold. Plus, I sprained my foot stepping on a rock in the park.
That is exactly right as are all of the cages currently around the city of DC. They are leftists signs to the masses that the idiot “elite” are in charge and we must submit else deal with the democrat party armies of the fbi, national guard, atf, irs or antifa.
In the winter, in the north, outside just isn’t always a feasible option.
