It's not unconstitutional for the President and Vice President to be from the same state, but the electors cannot vote for two people from their state. That's why Cheney had to change his voter registration back to Wyoming in 2000 or the Texas electors could not have voted for both W and him.

I'd say Booker is a possibility since he would be replaced in the Senate by another Democrat, and some Republican senators would vote for him because of having been his colleague.
