Good point, and we shouldn't convict someone based on a news story.
I was in Walmart yesterday and there was a mixed-race kid behind me just absolutely screaming, while the white mother did ... nothing. I didn't say anything, but I thought to myself that without any discipline whatsoever that kid will likely end up in prison or dead by the time he's 25.
It could be he is a brat or it could be the kid has autism.
