They do already, and have been.
I’m not sure if you pay attention, but young black males have an impulse control problem...

Yes, all spoiled child start athletes and for some it gets worse when they go pro.

Remember what happened with Pittsburgh QB, Ben Roethlisberger?
Sex assault charges were not pursued.

I have paid attention and spoken out about it, thank you very much.

If the leagues do have such a program, it is not being promoted or black athletes are disregarding it.
