Some of the points could be argued this way or that way, but when one considers all this legislation that happened, the CARES ACT, etc. the PPP loans and the PUA etc. Everything they did and have done and will do is in line with the Directive. We have just been through the reset year and things are not going to get better anytime soon.

The basic year for PPP or PUA is 2019. If you show a loss of 25% or more in 2020, you get PPP back to your basic year. It really is interesting to watch this unfold and how many Americans don’t seem to have a clue what’s really going on.
