While we (humans) have 2 million olfactory cells (smell) in our noses, dogs have 300 million in theirs.

Dogs smell ability are said to be so intense that they produce a picture in a dogs brains as sensitive as the picture provided by our eyes for us.

I can believe that entirely, having lived with 2 pet dogs for 29 years recently.

I’ve heard that 1/3 of a dog’s brain is wired to it’s nose.
I believe it.
