Bout 10 years ago I was driving west on I-8 going through Gila Bend.
Right there on the interstate were a group of Mexican looking folks wearing black outfits with military style backpacks. Line of them, about 10 people.
They didn’t have a care in the world. I just sailed right past them, nobody stopped to say, whatcha doin’ on the interstate, you know that’s illegal?
I can’t remember seeing anything like that back in the 60s when we used to drive thru there on the old highway 84. Gila Bend was a wide spot in the road.
They’re probably going to use the old Army Air Force barracks there at the airfield to house Los Indigeanos. Since nobody is out there except USAF people working at the gunnery range, there won’t be any noise generated about them.
And that’s what the criminal administration is really good at doing: hiding their misdeeds.
Ducey isn’t going to do anything controversial because he wants to run against the carpetbagger Mark Kelly in 2022, so he’s useless...again.
It’s been a long time since I was in Gila Bend. I probably wouldn’t recognize it today. I think the last time I was there was in the 80’s going to/from Rocky Point.
I can’t imagine Ducey winning a senate seat.
