They're gaining approval in more states the last few years but still are legal during bow season in 25-30 states. Ten or twelve others during gun season, defeats the advantage of a longer bow season, and some others for older or disabled hunters. It's growing.
Yea, I agree with the idea of a separate season for crossbow hunters. Why not three separate dates for guns, cross bows, and contemporary bows.
Then everyone would be satisfied.
