The other shoe to fall in this pandemic is commercial real estate blowing up.
My guess is that massive office buildings in downtown New York will be housing homeless/illegals so the owners can get paid buy the State or the Feds.

I recommend that they fire as many NYC employees as they can, then hire Floridians.
It sounds brutal, but hopefully that would winnow out liberal transplants.
