You may be asymptomatic and be a carrier. Before entering a public area, wash your hands, use hand sanitizer and use disinfectants spray to spray down your grocery cart. Keep a safe distance from others. Wear a mask to stop the droplets laden with the C-virus you may be expelling with your breath. Don’t cheat: Make sure you keep your nose behind the mask. Just in case your hands touched something with another’s virus contaminated hands, stop by the disinfectant station and use the hand sanitizer before leaving the store.
