Okay, the A/C shown is a F-22 Predator (one of ours or at least the USAF's) which is certainly in the running for that "most advanced" title.
That video is the last portion of 1) A High Performance Takeoff to 2) a Vertical Climb followed by 3) a Stall then 4) Recovery from the stall to 5) Vertical Descent including Precision Roll maneuvers.
The pilot is demonstrating the aircraft's power and control capabilities, of which the Predator's got a whole sh**pot full.
I'd fly with him any time.
