Tractor supply works well. You can order online, and they will deliver. I got the apple flavored paste. It was cheap, $4, and enough to treat 1200 lbs. I think the price is higher now, but still cheap.

It turns out that the ivermecting dosage for large mammals such as a horse is the same as for an adult human, 0.2 mg/kg (200 mcg/kg).
