Left-wing journalist Matt Taibbi has noticed it too and knowledgeably expounds on it in a must-read article.
Matt Taibbi is that rare breed – an honest leftist journalist. And make no mistake about his leftism, for this is a man who thinks Noam Chomsky is a great thinker. Despite that serious ideological confusion on his part, Taibbi understands something profoundly important in American politics; namely, that our media has become completely corrupt, and more closely represents the media in Soviet Russia than the media in a free country with a First Amendment. If you haven’t yet, you must read his article, “The Sovietization of the American Press.”
Taibbi, who has collected examples of Soviet newspapers over the years so he knows whereof he speaks, says that, in 2021, there is nothing to distinguish the American media from the Soviet press. The important point he makes about the Soviet media is that its world was divided into heroes and enemies. The governing Communist Party was heroic and anything or anybody that challenged it was part of a vast, evil conspiracy aimed at destroying this heroic party.
After giving examples of the fatuous superlatives that the Soviet media heaped on communist politicians and their actions, Taibbi points out that there is little difference between those words and what we see in today’s reporting now that Biden is in office:
Some of the headlines in the U.S. press lately sound suspiciously like this kind of work:
— Biden stimulus showers money on Americans, sharply cutting poverty
— Champion of the middle class comes to the aid of the poor
— Biden's historic victory for America

Their attacks on enemies of the left are similar as well. Ask Tucker Carlson.
They’ve been doing it over ten years but until late it just snuck up on us but now we know what they’re like; unbelievable.
"It doesn’t take much looking to find comedians like James Adomian and Anthony Atamaniuk ab-libbing riffs on Biden with ease. He checks almost every box as a comic subject, saying inappropriate things, engaging in wacky Inspector Clouseau-style physical stunts (like biting his wife’s finger), and switching back and forth between outbursts of splenetic certainty and total cluelessness. The parody doesn’t even have to be mean — you could make it endearing cluelessness. But to say nothing’s there to work with is bananas. The first 50 days of Biden’s administration have been a surprise on multiple fronts. The breadth of his stimulus suggests a real change from the Obama years, while hints that this administration wants to pick a unionization fight with Amazon go against every tendency of Clintonian politics. But it’s hard to know what much of it means, because coverage of Biden increasingly resembles official press releases, often featuring embarrassing, Soviet-style contortions."
They may be indications of the Chinese Communists pulling the strings of their puppets.

Matt Taibbi, Glenn Greenwald ... Thin list.
Not only are we regularly lied to, but there is a massive effort to silence the truth. The media covets it’s free speech rights while it would bar others from practicing it. For that they should forfeit their own.
NPC “Biden” has to be careful to avoid catching one of those famous Soviet “colds”.
The corporate media are nothing more than propagandists. Believe absolutely nothing they say. This has been the case at least since Obama appeared in 2007.
Wayyyy back in 2005, I wrote: “First, we beat the Soviet Union. Then we became them.”
How prescient I was.
Awesome, dude. Awesome.
Yes, thanks, but I am very sad I was right.
And the way the media is either silent on citizen journalists who are persecuted by the state, or in attack mode against certain media, like CNN is against Newsmax and OAN.
