With enough fentanyl in Floyd to kill a horse, it’s hard to imagine how a reasonable jury could convict. Though I can’t assume that’s he going to get a reasonable jury.

BLM/ANTIFA don’t want to hear anything about the truth . . . they want to burn something up! Some of them are looking forward to their new stuff they are going to get soon.

The judge has his orders from the mooselimb AG Ellison. If the jury comes back with anything but a conviction, he’ll probably set a new precedent by throwing out the entire trial and calling a new one.
Then there’s the next step of a federal court case for “civil rights violations” which is a certainty to happen. What’s a little double jeopardy among Democrats?

Though I can’t assume that’s he going to get a reasonable jury. My first thought too. If the President of the United States can’t get any justice, what makes anyone think this guy will. Maybe he will be sacrificed, so the scum bags will not burn the city down. Then, they will burn it down, anyway.

The "authorities" will do exactly what they did to the Simi Valley cops after they were acquitted. Try Chauvin for violating George Floyd's civil rights, or whatever it takes. They're going to burn Chauvin, no matter what, and there's nothing anyone can do about it.
