Good objective discussion in this online interview with former defense attorney Edward Woodson regarding the case against former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin, who is facing a 2nd Degree Murder charge. Worth a listen...unless you're in the camp which still believes that Floyd died due to Chauvin's 'choke hold'...and you won't be happy.
My first thought too. If the President of the United States can’t get any justice, what makes anyone think this guy will. Maybe he will be sacrificed, so the scum bags will not burn the city down. Then, they will burn it down, anyway.
He should be acquitted.
That is my fear.
It won't be the mob, it will be the local cops that you drink with at the VET's or Fireman's Club. They have a warrant.

It will be time for all these big talkers to put up or shut up. Are they ready to take a few out so others can get thier brave on? Yesterday I saw a picture of the page in the training manual showing how to perform the “knee on the neck restraint”. The picture of Chauvin kneeling on the guys neck looked exactly like the demonstration picture in the training manual. I think even his hands were the same position.
The only evidence is that awful optic of the knee on the neck. Everything else about the case is exculpatory.

No one talks about it, but the video (if you watch closely) Chauvin periodically shifts/lifts his weight OFF Floyd’s neck. He does this several times as if to release pressure on the neck and or verify to himself that he is not using too much force.
This whole event was a SHAM from the start! It “LOOKED” bad. Other than that, it was TEXTBOOK procedure.
