Good objective discussion in this online interview with former defense attorney Edward Woodson regarding the case against former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin, who is facing a 2nd Degree Murder charge. Worth a listen...unless you're in the camp which still believes that Floyd died due to Chauvin's 'choke hold'...and you won't be happy.
With enough fentanyl in Floyd to kill a horse, it’s hard to imagine how a reasonable jury could convict. Though I can’t assume that’s he going to get a reasonable jury.
Well that’s it then. This is confirmation that Minneapolis will burn once the acquittal is announced.
BLM/ANTIFA don’t want to hear anything about the truth . . . they want to burn something up! Some of them are looking forward to their new stuff they are going to get soon.

The judge has his orders from the mooselimb AG Ellison. If the jury comes back with anything but a conviction, he’ll probably set a new precedent by throwing out the entire trial and calling a new one.
Then there’s the next step of a federal court case for “civil rights violations” which is a certainty to happen. What’s a little double jeopardy among Democrats?
A lot more of America will burn than Minneapolis. And, once again, we’ll be denied even the appearance of defending ourselves. Just ask the McCloskey’s and Kyle Rittenhouse.
Well then we’re in for another round of Rodney King type riots.
This seems like a tabloid website, with the typical falsely misleading titles. This was not an interview with Chauvin’s attorney.
One reason there could be an acquittal even if he is guilty is overcharging. This was not 2nd degree murder. Involuntary manslaughter possibly, but that charge wasn’t “strong enough” for the mob so even if he is guilty, they demanded a charge which could result in acquittal.
Not just Minneapolis.

Biden is a doctrinaire liberal and this will not be enough for them or the Press. The Press is dying without Trump to rail against and Biden is not feeding them. It will take time, but the Press layoffs will get to them and snideness to him will start leaking out. Today they fawn upon him. Tomorrow they will loath him; The Press is going more BLM/ANTIFA every day.
I don't think it will go full bore like lying about Biden like they lied constantly and made up stuff about Trump. But it will be noticeable and is already unwatchable.
