I just upgraded my Docker Desktop to version 3.2.1 and upgraded the underlying WSL2 to support it. I can now run both Linux and Windows Docker containers successfully. That is necessary for my current work assignments. You may have to supervise the multiple reboots that getting 20H2 demands to get there.
Nothing like having your hard drive churn massively every day for 25 minutes while windows installs a version update and then has to roll it back because the update failed.
