Good question. There have been many observations that his "Oval Office" scene doesn't look quite like images of it occupied by previous POTUSes. Latest observations have been that he's in the Blue Room, not the Oval Office, but I can't recall any previous POTUS who presented new legislation/comments from the Blue Room. Am I remembering correctly?

I think that was the east Room wasn’t it? Trump gave an enormous and rocking press conference from that room. They all walk down that long hall to deliver. But IIRC right that venue is used for a large audience that was obviously lacking.
He should have done it from the Oval. would have been better optics.
There are windows in the Oval Office; it would have been obvious that the speech was prerecorded.

FWIW, I seriously doubt the POTATUS was the idiot who wrote that.
He can barely read the teleprompter. Our enemies are ecstatic, jubilant, overjoyed.
He’s going to go to bed and tomorrow morning, he won’t have any memory of what he said...or even if that he gave a speech.
