I don't think the girl is the villain while it says she lied about the incident it was her father and a local iman who posted the crap on line and were responsible for inciting violence. 13 year old kid a radicalized fundamental Islam dad how much say did she actualy have....now if she was shit posting herself it would be different and my view is the real person responsible was the person who did the beheading.
