I am a director at an animal rescue. One of the dogs we took in was a pregnant Belgian Malinois. We adopted out her puppies, but we had to be very selective about who got the dogs. This meant these dogs would only go to those who could take the time to give the dog the attention needed. Big yards or out in the country. This is not the dog for an apartment.

I am skeptical that they got a puree breed German Shepherd at a animal shelter.

It's more common than you realize. People get the puppies and aren't willing to put the time in to properly train them and ultimately surrender them to shelters.

There's German Shepherd rescue organizations all over the country that collect the dogs from the shelters.

I know a blind Delaware computer repair shop owner who would be willing to work with the dogs to fix them.

I have a beautiful purebred shepherd that came from a shelter. She had her papers and everything. The family started to have kids and somebody didn’t want the dog to bring germs into the house. The dog is the best.

Scary enough getting some breeds from a shelter....rescuing a German Shepherd with no idea of it’s background and what it’s been through is really scary!

While it is possible the naked man is trying to access the dog's genitalia, it is MORE likely that he is trying to gain access to the dog's anus!!! What on Earth for, I have no idea!?!
