They are inexpensive housing and in many areas will work. But here in the Keys they become houseboats,the ones that float away vs.the ones that are destroyed when the cat 4 or 5 storms come.They used to be all over the Keys no more. We even put some of them on 11 foot stilts hoping they would survive the big one but few did.
irma changed the way a lot of newer folks think but old timers already knew head to miami if you live in a trailer during the big one.
