Stopping H-1B work visa and its ruinous effects on STEM careers would be the BEST thing for all workers especially “boys” who gravitate toward math.
This trend has been obvious for many years.
If the public schools ever do reopen, look at most of the Back To School advertisements. Most of them show girls looking at new stationery or new clothing.
Only rarely do any store posters depict boys or young men ready to buy their stationery or their school clothes.
Even more rare, are ads showing white young men.
What does that silently imply to most kids?
It may suggest to them that going to school or even wanting to be in school is mostly something girls do.
It may suggest to them that white boys are not expected or even wanted in most schools. Why spread such poisonous, negative concepts?
That attitude will not help the boys at all.

Why yes we should. But the education system in our country is quite frankly a disaster, certainly on the public side, the private side maybe a little less. And at the university level? Oy!
Stigmatize them and treat them like crap for a generation or two and things like this happen...
Find a good church (I’d use the 9Marks locator) and bring that boy up in the admonition of the Lord.

Bureaucratic education theory today is to simply treat boys as defective girls
If the boys are academically gifted, be careful about where they go to college, and have them live off-campus, if possible.
If they are either not exceptional academically or not inclined personally towards the degree, there are trades that cannot be exported, that can make good money (e.g. plumber, electrician). My son does not take to academics, but he wants to operate cranes when he is an adult. The pay can go quite high if you are skilled, girls don’t want those jobs, and in fact with all the young men being steered towards colleges, not a lot of boys go for that right off the bat.
Also, less political correctness than in other fields.

Boys need fathers. Single moms are killing boys. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Single moms have absolute power over the kids. Boys need a daily role model and many are not getting it.
The church my son used to go to. Latest five years, four Mothers Day sermons about how great mothers were with the other one being on raising kids. Fathers Day, nothing except a short blurb one of the Sundays to fathers about it is not what you say but what you do. That message would also apply to woman as well. However we can’t chastise women from the pulpit. I raised the issue to the pastor. The next Fathers Day there was finally a sermon. It was largely a lecture about a fathers responsibilities with minimal, if any encouragement. I didn’t need any encouragement, however I can see why the young men are turning away from church. So much for sending the boys to church to correct the problem.
Schools take away PE, they prefer to drugs the boys in school to bring them closer to mean behavior so they are easier to manage. Almost all elementary and secondary teachers are female. There are quotas for hiring women in technical fields, business, and the boards because women are underrepresented. Ever see a similar push to hire males in primary education? Even though most colleges have 55% women students, I bet they still spend more money trying to attract women than male students.
You look at jobs with physical requirements and they expect the men to a disproportional percentage of the physical work for the same pay be it in the military, post office, or carpentry. Is that fair?
Whenever this question is raised, it focuses on the question about what is the matter with the boys and young men? There is no reflection about the unfairness about what we are currently doing in schools, churches, courts, employment, and even the retirement system.
More and more boys and young men are going to opt to become a grey man. It is really tough to blame them.
I’m a sister to three brothers and a mother to three sons. Always acute to the issue, I made sure the preschools I picked out for my little boys had plenty of trucks and science and outside playtime, instead of just arts and crafts and dressup. They all did Boy Scouts and Karate and sports, and all know how to code and fix cars.
Now my three young adult men have supportive girlfriends and good jobs in banking, gov’t, and programming. Doing pretty well. Two are conservative, one is libertarian. One is marrying next year.
It wasn’t easy navigating them through yes very the pro-girl educational system. One had ADHD. They succeeded despite it. :)
I lived during the emergence of “The Pill”, which changed everything.
You were all warned long ago about the consequences of feminism. You even saw the essence of it (false accusations) during the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings. Those consequences are immediately in front of us.

Successful men, in fact men from all groups, invest billions a year in prostitution alone. Not all of you, but you know who you are.
If men took a fraction of what they spend on prostitutes and invest it into programs similar to what is available for girls, they could solve this problem tomorrow.
There is too much imported LEGAL immigration undercutting opportunities for Americans crises.
