They would have given him life for selling Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine.
Sentenced to a bit more than 14 years? When he gets out he might be crazy enough to kill cs-2 and cs-1 and anyone else who gets “in the way”.
Curiously they use different units of measurement for the drugs he distributed so I did some research: "Between April 2015 and June 2017, Robinson fraudulently distributed approximately 12,330 units of alprazolam and 10,000 milligrams of oxycodone."
Rough math on the Oxycodone, at 5mg per tablet over 26 months, that's 75 or so tablets a months. So maybe 3-4 prescriptions of 15-20 tablets a month. I bet every pharmacy in America distributes more than that. And on the Alpazolam, 10,000 units I suppose means tablets (of varying doses) that's about one prescription of 30 every 2 days. Again, doesn't seem like a lot for a pharmacy over that period of time.
Of course, it seems like he was selling these on the side, then tried to whack the rat who squealed on him. So I guess the only conclusion I can draw is that it's fairly easy to siphon off a few score tablets a month and sell them for cash. Not a surprise.
Makes me curious if some rogue Feds were behind this.
I have to question every one of these cases now.
