As a Big Broadcast fan it is your duty to "Murray Watch" when listening to the Big Broadcast. If/when you hear Murray needlessly injecting politics or cultural division into the Big Broadcast, or simply saying something stupid in general, go to the current show's page, click on the "Reach out to us" tab and file a complaint. It is worth your time to do this and you're protecting the integrity of the Big Broadcast.

Happy Sunday Evening All...

Kind of an understated lineup tonight...don’t think I’ve heard of December Bride and the Mary Lee Taylor Program...and ending well with the Gulf Screen Guild Theatre from ‘39 and the NBC University Theatre.

How are you?

We’re fine. Been very busy this weekend. Keith got his summer peppers planted today, bell peppers, banana peppers, etc, along with marigolds by them to keep the bugs away.

They were having a big meat sale at one of our grocery stores, and he went yesterday and got a bunch of bulk stuff to break up and freeze. He just cut up a huge 18-pound pork shoulder (98 cents a pound).

Nice. by coincidence I smoked 19lb of pork shoulder Friday and froze another 16lb (but twice as expensive). We still get down to the 20'sf here.

Oh, nothing to think of off the top of my head, except last night I got a foot all akimbo in my desk chair wheels, and did an absolute Perfect Ten faceplant into the carpet. *chuckle* Now I got a carpet burn on my forehead and the bridge of my nose - Berber carpet is tough. Connie had to help me back up. Only me.

Cool! That IS a coincidence.

It could still get cold here, too, but we’re hoping not. Joe Bastardi says we could have another bad crazy-cold front for the nation before Easter. He studies the historical weather patterns.

Good grief, Viking! You seem to have the worst “luck.”

I hope you feel better soon.

Fortunately, it was a low-impact skid from about 2 1/2 feet, so my face stayed otherwise attached to my skull. The cat came over and sniffed me because she thought I might have killed myself. LOL! I just spent an hour and a half on a beef gravy hunt to simmer the cube steaks and mushrooms in (Dollar General was out of jars of beef gravy and milk, so I went on a spree at the market), and every cashier I saw looked at me and asked if I was in a car wreck. LOL No, the answer is more embarassing and mundane.......we'd have eaten two hours ago (my intention) if she wouldn't have gotten a hair sideways and wanted to rework pharmacies and support/discount plans on some of my more expensive diabetes meds before I left. The BP and other meds ain't nothin' (generic), but man, if it has a needle, they juice you good and hard, even on the 90 day refills. All is well, though. I actually start Medicare Part B in April, but I'm staying on her plan, too, and using her prescription plan.
