I did the same for almost two years. I recall seeing a thread posted during that time with a bunch of freeper's names on it with the poster asking where they went. I was on that list and was surprised anyone noticed. I'd guess your name was on it too as there were a lot of names on it.

I am guessing that most men already understand the bio-mechanics of menstruation. The average man may simply consider it a ‘yucky’ topic that doesn’t usually require their close attention. Similar to how some women may view a the effects of aging on the average man’s genitalia. Most women don’t know and don’t even want to know.

Allegra, I had noticed you were gone for a while.
I have a place I drive by in Salem, MA occasionally, and there is still a big sign saying “Allegra”...I have no idea what it is for. Not the pharmaceutical...it is something else, not sure what, but has been there a long time.
I drove by it once or twice a year, and every time I saw it, I would wonder where you went.
We may not think our presence on here means much, and is shallow and transient, but I think all those people from the prayer threads think otherwise, or the DC Chapter who spent all those years together every Friday night in front of Walter Reed...
It does mean nothing much of the time, but sometimes it does mean something...:)
And once upon a time Jim Rob got sick of me and I went away from this place for about six months.
No one missed me. I have a feeling that some were pissed at Jim for letting me back. But oh well.
