The key words are “if” an “were”.

The fact that it isn’t doesn’t show that it is snake oil. The opposite is — THREATENING DOCTORS with delicensing for prescribing it IS the snake oil.

In fact, in places where its use is widespread, hospitalizations and fatalities have dropped.

Yet no one has conducted a randomized double-blind trial showing its effectiveness. Why do you think that is?

And this paper says nothing about Ivermectin’s efficacy, only it’s safety when used for who knows what.
