Tiger can afford a driver, and I don’t mean the golf kind.
Well that's dumb. Anti-lock brakes don't leave skid marks.
Can’t help you if you turn it off.
Simple question here. One car accident, he’s completely and easily capable of paying for the car, all of his hospital bills etc. Who this heroic level of investigation into his accident?
I could see if there was another party involved, but this is an totalitarian waste of time and police resources.
Seems like it’s just to satisfy the curiosity of TMZ.
According to a source not authorized to discuss the probe,
You can stop right there
Brain injury can also cause memory loss.
Yes! Since when are other people afforded the luxury of not having a blood test when they wreck their cars?
"Privacy advocates like Amico say the vehicle’s infotainment system may also provide a plethora of information. He said when a driver gets behind the wheel, they typically synchronize their cell phone to the vehicle’s infotainment system and “that creates a mini clone of their phone in the car.”
“All of their texts, phone calls, contacts, camera data, and thousands of pieces of personal data are stored,” Amico said."
With the new anti-skid braking systems can you actually lock up the brakes and slide the tires?
Not to mention that the navigational system remembers every address you’ve stored. Please remember to clear that when trading car in.
I guess that means pull the battery out of the phone.... But
in reality we are pretty much monitored 24 hours a day now.
“I want a new car without all the tech.”
I hear you.
But... I used to drive around in a 1977 F-250. I loved it. The bench seat, the close up steering wheel, etc. Put a load in the back, and the thing road smoother than a limo, and it could tow anything. Problem came when I had to take that ol straight six 300 on the highway. It maxed out at 55, and was happy doing 45. Times change. Also, every woman I know bought a pickup truck, and the manliness factor just kinda wore off.
Please see post 49.
Though it been a decade since last working with this kind of stuff.
Plus, there being no skid marks does not mean that he didn’t break at all.
“All of their texts, phone calls, contacts, camera data, and thousands of pieces of personal data are stored,” Amico said.”
YIKES!!!!
I was in a very serious rollover accident and I only remember bits and pieces, this was over 30 years ago. Something in our brain to protect us maybe??
I’m just talking about a new Camry.
Doesn’t need the computer screen and black box and radar and warnings.
Just a new Camry with the same features a 2003 Camry had.
It should cost 5-10K less than the high tech models now.
