The article is not particularly well written, but it is from conservative Republicans of TX, a real organization.
The article you posted has nothing to do with ‘vote harvesting’.
And just because a person is a ‘conservative Republican of Texas’ doesn’t make them right about everything - or anything.
You need to get out more.
