Oddly the top four states for Covid deaths are Northeastern progressive liberal States with extreme lock downs in effect, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts , and Connecticut.

Oddly California is lower than my beloved Texas which is statistically in the middle.

In my Texas the greatest per capita percentage are on the Mexican border as is other border states. I think this is two factors.
1. Covid coming from Mexico via illegal immigration.
2. Poor hygiene (as in viral precautions) in this group.

Before someone flames me as being an anti Mexican racist, it should be noted my wonderful wife of 27 years is from Mexico. She came to the states to go to the University of Texas El-Paso. Her father paid out of country tuition for this which was very high. Fortunately, he as a successful businessman could afford to do this for all his children. He wanted his kids to have the best opportunity to succeed. They all did.

Right now I’m in the middle of litigation wherein the local judge is incredibly biased and the only recourse is to wait until he rules against me, then file expensive appeals.

But there are federal criminal and civil statutes that apply, and the feds take our constitutional rights more seriously. So I’m filing in fed court. And it pisses off the local judge to no end.
