Although a bit higher in carbs than almond flour, lupin flour is a possibility. It’s also high in protein. Some Keto people have a problem with more protein, but I think that is exaggerated. You could try some other nut or seed to see if that works for you.
Some people use cauliflower or cooked chicken for a low carb pizza crust, but honestly I haven’t found one that I find acceptable.
If you are looking for good low carb bread products, Braum’s makes the best tasting low carb bread. It’s called Carb Watch, and it’s wonderful. Braum’s is only in a few states, though, and they don’t ship goods.
Thin Slim is pretty good and sometimes in stores. I’ve heard of another low carb bread company called Franz, but that is also regional.
Aldi’s now sells Keto breads and low-carb tortillas. they are OK, but a little bland and dry. Mama Lupe and Mission make low carb tortillas. Those are really good.
Hope this helps.
May I suggest .... for muffins, sweet treats, etc.:
I got this book for my sister-in-law (who loves to bake) so she could still bake, but do Keto baking for my brother. I went Keto 3 years ago & gradually morphed into more of a carnivore diet .... my brother is working on heart issues, saw my success & went Keto. He has a doctor who is helpful.
Carolyn works hard on her recipes - tries to make them really good. She does a lot of research & testing. She’s got an 89% positive rating on this book, which is pretty good. I’ve made some of her recipes & found them to be excellent.
Another good source of recipes is DietDoctor.com:
https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/recipes
The great majority of their recipes are free and you can do just about anything .... I started with them when I first went Keto. You can eat extremely well on Keto!

Back in the 1950s there were few obese people.
I’ve gone on what I call The Fifties Diet, which involves eating as we did in the fifties, as best as I remember.
Of course, it’s hard for me to find some items: catfish, squirrels, rabbits, quail, ducks, etc.
A meal like pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy, side of peas, and corn bread fills me right up without, seemingly, causing weight gain. Ditto pinto beans seasoned with a ham hock, onions, tomatoes, salt and black pepper, served with corn bread and spinach. Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.

Feed stores sell wheat in 50# bags.
Use your blender to make flour.
I’ve used sunflower seed flour as a replacement for almond flour with good results. I’m also planning on trying out walnut flour soon.
Aldi sells a Zero net carb bread.
i reccommend making a crustless cheesecake.
Another thing you can do is go crustless and then put broken pecans on top. Pecans coated in butter and salt and roasted in the oven a few minutes at 400 degrees.
Chickpea flour. Sold at Walmart here. $5 a bag. I have used it successfully in recipes for chocolate cake, pumpkin muffins and fruit crisp. Getting ready to try a pie crust recipe I found online by searching “chickpea flour pie crust”, was surprised to find a recipe. Website the recipe is on PowerHungry.com
I used “Namaste Perfect Flour Blend” for many years. Expensive and too many ingredients. You may like it, I did use it for about 8 years, until I found chickpea flour ( one ingredient).
Brand is “Just About Foods organic chickpea flour”. website JustAboutFoods.com
I am also allergic to almonds.
Also allergic to all dairy.
I use coconut milk and coconut oil ( is more like butter in consistency).

I couldn’t think of this yesterday, for some reason. Only the coconut flour.
