Its called “The Spartacus Syndrome”

Spartacus and his homies didn't have well paying jobs, home mortgages, car payments, two kids in college, two in high school with soccer practices on weekends and cheer leading practice after school...........

This is the problem.

In my constitution, gun loving circle of family and friends, we have a

pretty cush life. Its a great life. Nice large house with a good retirement

and vacations every year. Even during this COVID “lockdown”. Ill go

ahead and speak for my BIL. He would turn in his weapons. No doubt

in my mind. He would choose his cush life. My really good friends?

They have very good lives. I really don’t know what they would do if the

rubber finally hit the pavemement. Me? Ive posted before, I draw the

line at my guns. Thats my hill. I hope millions of other gun owners

choose this hill as their last stand.

... two kids in college, two in high school...

Phrased differently, that could mean four good reasons not to want the country to descend further into tyranny. Isn’t that what this boils down to? A choice about the country that kids and grandkids grow up in.
