We’re not going to give up on POTUS Trump, until he directs us to his replacement that he believes will most replicate the Trump Doctrine & Agenda, and the required Steel Spine ability to drive it home.
Desantis is Wonderful! A great guy. I love him. If I had to guess, Trump might want the proven and accomplished foreign policy experience of Pompeo.
Pompeo looks especially Confident and happy. He was silent as a tomb in that Newsmax interview, following his speech at CPAC. They were rattling off some of the ordinary Wannanees list. Pompeo’s reaction was silence and that characteristic grin.
Then, he cheerfully deflected.
He needs to stick with his podcasts.....DeSantis has a job to do as governor of Florida and his next election is in 2022.
The presidential primaries aren't until 2024 so let your hero start talking about him then. Hell, we're only 6 weeks into this new presidency and it's time to give it a rest..............
If Trump wants it, he’s got my full support. Trump was robbed. And so were we. If Trump doesn’t run then we can consider DeSantis. Not until.
Amen. Trump will name his man when the time dictates. He’s always late to events. Hee. We will have to be ready to unify in a hurry, because our bench is deep.
I doubt if DeSantis could keep the schedule that Trump was able to keep. Trump may be old, but he has the energy of 10 young men.
Pompeo would fill the bill as one who stuck with Trump though thick and thin.
But the VP job is the least important in DC so long as the president is alive.
On the other hand, the secretary of state is always in the middle of some catastrophe and Pompeo has proved that he can not only do that job, but do it in a way that puts the United States first.
So there is a really tough question of where he would be the best pick.

Trump and DeSantis sounds like a better deal Trump knows how the D.C. bubble works.
Trump’s style is hard to beat he gets back in the face of the media not so sure DeSantis would.

Does DeSantis know who the backstabbers and deep state traitors are? Does he know how to fire them? If he says ‘fire them’ will the order be carried out? , etc.
I am working under my current theory that Trump was really, really bamboozled.

I don’t think Trump can win again. I think he will be too old. By 2024 we will be tired of old folks. Time for a new generation.
