Compared to sending a bunch of elderly people to be exposed to COVID-19, a tacky sausage comment is pretty mild. But, if it hurts/embarrasses the pervert, Cuomo, it’s all good.

So he gets the waiter to send the young reporter a sausage, for the express purpose of setting up his creepy double entendre. This is not a “clever” spur of the moment comment: it’s premeditated. Cuomo is a textbook predator.
