This is bad. Already afflicted by a mental disorder, they are compelled
to make room in their O2 intake for reprocessing a much increased
level of their own exhaled moisture and toxins along with whatever
may be growing in their masks, as their new forever normal.
Not something any of them have “evolved” to do well.
And to ever do otherwise would utterly destroy their world view.
As much as karma demands they suffer the predictable outcomes,
this does not bode well for any sort of return to rational behavior.
