Last week I received a bill with a payment due date of March 1st. It probably arrived no more than a couple of days later than usual.

What IS ridiculous is that the balance due is double the normal payment ... because I never received a bill in January for the February 1st payment.

Fortunately there is no late charge on this.

I had to pay a $35 late fee because a credit card bill never arrived. Lots of other bills are arriving two to three weeks after the date shown on the invoice, and generally just a few days before the due date.
