No, they do not. There are separate stats for tests and cases. A person tested 5 times is 5 tests and one case.

The numbers are tracked separately. If they weren’t, you might have a point, but they are, so we know that’s incorrect.

Nope again. It happened to a friend of mine at our local hospital. Five times she went for the same test and was counted five times with COVID when she had it only the one time. Fake stats for $$$$$
