I just turned 74. Three years ago I was overweight and close to diabetic, also had a fatty liver. I’ve lost 50 pounds, BMI is 25, testosterone in the 500’s, Trig/HDL 46/59.

All meat diet, eat primarily one meal a day, usually close to a pound of beef. Some days I am hungrier and will have a snack of three eggs.

My Mom is 93. She needs to do this. She had her gall bladder removed, and says a high fat diet causes problems.
