Golf legend Tiger Woods was injured this morning in a one-car accident in Los Angeles and was transported to a local hospital by ambulance, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department.
Los Angeles County firefighters extricated Woods from the badly damaged car with the “jaws of life.”

That is a fairly steep uphill road. He somehow went off road into the brush. Palos Verdes Pennisula is actually an ancient remnant of a mountain overlooking the coast. On a clear day you can see Santa Catalina Island in the distance.
According to his agent, Mark Steinberg, Woods suffered “multiple” leg injuries.
“He is currently in surgery,” Steinberg told Golf Digest, “and we thank you for your privacy and support.”
According to a statement from the L.A. County Sherriff's Department, police responded to a “roll-over traffic collision” at approximately 7:12 a.m. “The driver and sole occupant was identified as PGA golfer, Eldrick ‘Tiger’ Woods. Mr. Woods was extricated from the wreck with the ‘jaws of life’ by Los Angeles County firefighters and paramedics, then transported to a local hospital by ambulance for his injuries.”
Well I was going to say guess Tiger cannot catch a break, but I guess not.
