There are loads of sites around the Internet which offer advice on the right dose of ivermectin for humans, and how to adapt various formulations for human use. Very simple, even a cave man could do it.

The dosage for all mammals is 200 mcg/kg, which means that the 200 pound dose mark is accurate for all mammals. Eqvalan horse paste tastes like white paste, Duramectin tastes like apple something. Don’t use a gel product. Don’t use any praziquantel, unless treatment for horse tapeworm.

Tractor Supply usually a good source for OTC horse paste product. So far, weekly doses actually taste okay.
I am a horse doctor and give no human medical advice.

No, a tube is for a 1200 pound horse, but there are websites that tell how to figure out the correct dose.
