We don’t need lots of smart people running McDonalds. It is not exactly a high tech business requiring masters degrees in STEM. How difficult is it to flip burgers and overcook the awful McDonald’s fries?
Not that difficult. But being consistent is difficult. Burger King used to be better than McDonald's but the past 20 years, many of their locations are simply subpar or worse case, scary.
The quotas will apply to all levels within the organization.
I don’t eat at fast food restaurants anymore, the food just sucks. I also eat very little fried foods at home. But every once in awhile I want fries. I make them from fresh potatoes and deep fry them in lard. So good!
