Reminds me but opposite..
Back in the mid-70’s during a freezing cold winter morning my mom went to start her 1970 Chevelle up to drive me to 3rd grade school.
BOOM!
A fan blade broke off it’s hub, Ripped right through the metal of the hood never to be seen again.
The car lasted several years after with a slightly rusted 5 inch slit showing on the center front of the hood.
“opposite” meaning instead of a blade entering a car this blade vacated one...
The car engine had more in common with the 747 engine though..

Good to hear, as you may have noticed, others are of the opinion; the car did not survive the event.
