Longtime "The Rush Limbaugh Show" producer and call-screener James Golden -- better known to millions of listeners as "Bo Snerdley" or "Mr. Snerdley" -- honored the iconic broadcaster as a friend and colleague on "Hannity" Thursday.
"Our beloved Rush has returned his talent to God," an emotional Snerdley told host Sean Hannity, riffing on Limbaugh's favorite self-description as having "talent on loan from God."
"We can't wrap our arms around this," Snerdley added. "We can't wrap our brains and our hearts around this ... we are so thankful to him.
Limbaugh died Wednesday at age 70 from lung cancer complications.

“If Tomorrow Starts Without Me”
by David Romano (1993)
“If tomorrow starts without me, and I’m not here to see,
If the sun should rise and find your eyes all filled with tears for me;
I wish so much you wouldn’t cry the way you did today,
While thinking of the many things we didn’t get to say.
I know how much you love me, as much as I love you
And each time that you think of me, I know you’ll miss me too.
But when tomorrow starts without me please try to understand,
That an angel came and called my name and took me by the hand.
He said my place was ready, in heaven far above
And that I’d have to leave behind all those I dearly love.
But as I turned and walked away a tear fell from my eye.
For all my life I’d always thought, I didn’t want to die.
I had so much to live for, so much left yet to do.
It seemed almost impossible that I was leaving you.
I thought of all the yesterdays the good ones and the bad.
I thought of all the love we shared, and all the fun we had.”
Beautiful.
“If Tomorrow Starts Without Me”
Here’s a similar expression written by the historian Will Durant to his wife when his health was declining. They wrote as a team.
Grow strong, my comrade … that you may stand
Unshaken when I fall; that I may know
The shattered fragments of my song will come
At last to a finer melody in you;
That I may tell my heart that you begin
Where passing I leave off, and fathom more.
It's an awesome interview.
Grab a tissue though.

IF, as the Left claims, Rush was a racist....why would Snerdley have stayed with him as long as he did?
Black conservatives are considered sub-human mongrels, and “Uncle Toms” that are not down for the struggle. Its easy to see who the real racists in the world are. But you can’t convince people whose souls are fed with evil and hate. Personally I would love to see James Golden take over the EIB mantle. He is the closest out there to know how Rush worked.
Because the Left’s claims of racism are almost always BS.
Racist used to be the Scarlet letter of post Civil Rights era America.
Now it’s just a label sewed on Conservatives by Leftists.
Agree Bo Snerdley (James Golden) should be Rush’s radio heir !
Every day Bo is on the air it would be in the face of the Rush haters ! He could start every broadcast with “on behalf of our E.I.B. brothers and sisters in the hood.” The left would go apoplectic !
It would be a Rush-like creative solution to replacing Rush. That’s why it won’t be done!
BTTT
I forgot about Snerdley. He would be an awesome permanent guest-host.
As Sean said, listening to him screen calls was a show in itself. It would be fun to listen to him screen calls for three hours.
I think James did have a radio show for a while.
I remember a really funny episode concerning Golden. Rush was doing his show in another city Rush asked Bo to go out and get some hamburgs at a fast food joint. Also advised Bo to be careful for anti-Rush people.
Bo came back with the food, Rush asked if it went smoothly .
Bo said he bad too disclaim Rush 3 times. Lol
And then a cock crowed.
We had the best of Rush for over 30 years. Thank you Lord for giving him to us!
We are now trained and ready for whatever comes next.
Like with Perseverance ending its 203-day journey to Mars the day following Rush's passing...
The landing marked the beginning of the mission..
Usage in Mars lander timekeeping
When a spacecraft lander begins operations on Mars, the passing Martian days (sols) have been tracked using a simple numerical count. The two Viking lander missions, Mars Phoenix, Mars Science Laboratory rover Curiosity, and InSight counted the sol on which each lander touched down as "Sol 0". The Perseverance rover has also counted the sol of touchdown as "Sol 0".
It's all in the timing:
Anyone ever notice that the first word of the Torah [בראשית] actually begins with, "with Rush"?
ב + ראש + ית
That's because,
1. As a prefix, the letter bet may function as a preposition meaning "in", "at", or "with".
2. "Rush" is spelled the same as r'osh, which means head, beginning, chief, leader, top..
The name Rush is a not only a reed, but the rushing of a mighty wind, and...
"it" [ית-] is also a diminutive suffix (see .3), which then draws out the spirit of the revelation of the obvious, that
God created the heavens and the earth, in a little bit of a rush.
Because the next thing ya know,
2. and the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit (ruach, "wind") of God moved (hovered) upon the face of the waters.
But then came the "Aha" moment:
Genesis 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
Which would then explain why the lil' hovercraft (the tiny Marshelicopter) is named
~ Ingenuity ~
In the beginning, Go--
And put a rush on it!
The first three letters of the Torah = 203, which are repeated as the second word, the verb bara, "created"...
בראשית ברא אלהים
Perseverance's 203-day journey was only the beginning.
There's a lot more where that came from. :)
Taste the salt spray!
That is really cool!
;)
Will Durant died on Nov. 7, 1981. His wife Ariel had died on Oct. 25, 1981. She was a Russian immigrant. Her date of death was the date of the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 in the “Old Style” or Julian calendar. His date of death was the date of the Bolshevik Revolution using the “New Style” or Gregorian calendar. Just a bit of totally meaningless trivia.
He destroyed the left in his wake.
Limbaugh having been a professional talker I wonder what his last words were...?
